What an incredible experience! This place is quickly becoming a local favorite, and I can see why. The atmosphere is on point, and the concept is genius—fine dining meets a vibrant bar scene. No more typical bar food here; the dishes are delicious and anything but ordinary. Our server, Dianne, was fantastic—full of energy, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed. And the DJ? Absolutely killed it, keeping the vibes high all night. Can’t wait to come back—this place is a game changer!

Had an excellent time, the food was fantastic. Clearly everything was handmade, and the taste was outstanding. Portion sizes were perfect! Gonna have so much leftovers for tomorrow. I had 2 Baja fish tacos (fried to perfection) and my buddy got the taco flight.

Super worth it, he’s probably gonna have two days worth of leftovers!

Server was super friendly, and while I wasn’t drinking I noticed that the tequila selection was extensive, going to have to come back for some of that next time!

Attention all Orangecrest, Woodcrest and Mission Grove residents, we finally have an official authentic taco shop in our neighborhood. Highly recommend this tasty food joint.

We tried this place out for the first time. We were greeted immediately and seated. I had a Paloma and it was great. I wasn’t so happy with the food. My has been ordered a potato and he said it was OK. Not great. I ordered a chorizo taco, which was good, but could have been better. It was lucky flavor. I ordered a Baja taco, and the outside part of the fish, which was breaded was burnt, I also ordered it TINGA taco, and it was better than everything else but also not great. The salsa bar had plenty of salsa to choose from, but they were very thick like they had been sitting out for a while. We tried three of them and were not impressed: it was better than everything else but also not great. The environment is nice the place is clean , the service is good I just don’t think we would be back as we didn’t love the food. Price Wise it was reasonable we were disappointed. Decided to try Tacos al Fuego after driving by so many times. I'm glad I did. First thing I did was to order Modelo Negra and get salsa for the lunch. I started tearing the salsas and could not believe the flavor, hands down, about the best salsas I've ever had. I'm not Mexican, didn't grow up having my mom making salsas but I've tried many living here in Southern California. I know my salsas.

I ordered the Taco Flight, my goodness, these are huge. The meats are soft and flavorful, specially combine with the salsas, I couldn't ask for anything better.

Ana is a superb chef. I cannot wait to share the place with the rest of my family.

Have been a couple times so far and everything we've tried has been tasty! Great presentation, house salsa is delicious with several other options at their salsa, bar. Full bar, friendly staff, and good vibe!
