We visited this place today and didn’t like it. The service does not speak English, only in Italian; if you order food and drinks, you have to pick it up yourself. they bring nothing. Be careful with pepperoni pizza, we ordered the pizza thinking it had sausage, but it ended up being bell pepper. No one explained anything to us, and neither did the translator. No napkins were given out, nor were plates or cutlery; the pizza was put on the bar counter in a box and they shouted at us to take it. pleasant things: good music, reasonable prices and quite tasty. not a bad environment.
When paying, we asked for a receipt, no one understood even through a translator. After finding the only person who understood English even poorly, they considered our order more expensive than the price on the menu. also one woman said in Italian that if we are in Italy we are obliged to speak Italian, i’m sorry but WHAT? We are tourists and this is a hotel! The end has crossed all boundaries

Sorry, but you are not too rude when responding to banal criticism. If there is a problem in the establishment, then there is no need to hide. I read your bad reviews and there is no need to cut off for an increased reputation. let people know where they are going. is it clear now? The intelligence is lacking among those who recruit staff without knowledge of banal international English, while creating a hotel in which it is not even possible to pay for banal things.
