Love these folks! They are very polite and they are the true meaning of southern hospitality. Ordered online and had my dog with me and they came outside so I could pay! Brought the food out and it was fresh. Kudos to all

Just what we wanted visiting the McClellan area on a Friday night. Richard and the rest of the team provided outstanding service with delicious meals. I had the Longhorn (porterhouse) with mushrooms and my wife had the 6-oz filet. I tweaked the loaded baked potato ingredients and Richard quickly replaced the incorrect first potato. The steaks were tender and flavorful. The local IPA also hit the spot.

Enjoyed some of my dinner, but most of my meal was cold. The bread arrived cool- unable to spread the butter, my mashed potatoes were completely ice cold, and the steak was overcooked. It's definitely not the dining experience I am used to receiving when dining with Longhorn. The restaurant was absolutely too cold. The thermostat was set to 62 degrees, which is uncomfortable as the temperature drops in the evening.

The food was fantastic! The server was super sweet and very good at her job. Only complaint, it was way too cold and I’m going through menopause, and am always HOT, but not in your restaurant. We had to eat as fast as we could and leave.

Filthy Restrooms. Waited 2hrs to be seated which was ok because we had a party of about 12. Was told the delay was due to cleaning, yet we were seated at a table that was FILTHY underneath. Waited another hour and a half for entree. Food was pretty good and server was nice. NEVER AGAIN.

Bad management!! Don’t even concern about this Problem or even come to the table I was out on special occasions with my family I always Go to the restaurant more often as 5 times a month plus with my family and business team meetings this night wow was the waters lady dropped the drinks and I as very much big mess my family wasn’t comfortable empress no manager or any buddy was concerned how got handled at the end we receive dry food burned chicken worst experience ever at Longhorn in Oxford
this visit more disappointed how is get handled not professional no more going back could happen to anybody else
