I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Carillon. I had a problem with my car on a Sunday evening on my way through Italy to Germany, and not only was I able to get a room, with my dog, at a reasonable price at short notice, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, and one staff member M went so far above and beyond and helped me get to my car in another village. Had she not, I would have been stuck another night.

The rooms are basic but serviceable. But the food! OH MY GOD! Heads above anything else I had my entire week in Germany. Breakfaat was SUPERB, with homemade bread and the best croissants I've ever had. The view from the hotel restaurant is SPECTACULAR. My time here turned a bad situation into a lovely 2 day vacation. I will be coming back here when the weather is warmer!

Nice restaurant, with big covered terrace on top of building.We dined there once, ordered pizza and desert, both very good, they have a very good choice of different pizzas more than many pizzeria around. Local was quite full still service was very quick. Looks not very new, but we enjoyed there and there is a beautiful view on the lake.The restaurant is on the main road you can hear noise of course but didn't bother us at all. prices starts at 6 euro for pizza, and primi at 13. We will come again.

Saved us when B&B Villa Caudia up the road ghosted us an left is without anywhere to stay. Took care of us when we were shattered from a long day driving despite the language barrier. Great room, good food, affordable prices. But the highlight is the gorgeous view over Lake Lugano from our balcony and the restaurant.

Incredible experience at the Spa! Came for a day trip with friends. The team is wonderful and spa amenities are over the top. One of the best spas I have been to! Looking forward to going again soon.

We've just returned from a week in Bellaggio. We visited the Carillon every day and enjoyed every minute of it. Good value for money, Pizza was great and service excellent. I recommend this cafe/restaurant to anyone who visits Bellagio

First time for lunch there today. Very positively surprised. Nice menue, quick and attentive service and excellent food. This all on cool brisi balcony. Definetely recommended for a lunch or dinner.

The food is really good, the service is excellent, and the location great (from my table I had a beautiful view over the lake). However there is a really small parking lot, and the road has several turns (which might be tricky, if you drank some wine 😉 )
