Una vera scoperta, ho avuto il piacere di tornare ieri sera per la seconda volta in questo ristorante e gustare i loro piatti, e come sempre la forza del locale risiede nell’affidabilità e nella cordialità dei proprietari, che conosco ormai da Berlino. Il locale è piccolo, con tavoli anche all esterno, intimo e accogliente, perfetto per un’esperienza autentica e senza pretese. La cucina propone delle rivisitazioni dei piatti della tradizione lucana e calabrese che sorprendono e meravigliano, sapori autentici. Ogni piatto è una scoperta che unisce tradizione e innovazione, regalando emozioni uniche. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi vuole assaporare il meglio di queste terre in un ambiente affidabile e genuino, sentirsi a casa ed essere coccolati. Un vero gioiello di sapori e passione! Un caro amico mi ha parlato di questo ristorante di cui era rimasto entusiasta ed abbiamo voluto provarlo assieme alle nostre famiglie.
Viene proposta una cucina ricercata utilizzando prodotti calabresi e lucani, come il suo nome fa ben intendere.

Siamo capitati di sabato con una concomitante manifestazione di Street food che ha un po’ messo in crisi il servizio.

Un menu con solo 12 proposte che viene voglia di ritornare per provarle tutte.

Ottimo ristorante a pochi passi dal castello di Rocca Imperiale, dotato di interno ed esterno.
Si può apprezzare la cucina locale con un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo.
In 4 persone abbiamo speso circa 22€ a testa e abbiamo preso: tagliere di salumi e formaggi, 4 diversi primi da dividerci tra di noi (cosa non sempre scontata poter avere diversi piatti allo stesso tavolo) più bevande (acqua, birra, granita).

Posto veramente molto bello, i piatti sono veramente eccezionali, fatti con prodotti locali provenienti da Calabria e Basilicata. Un’esplosione di sapori, veramente da leccarsi i baffi. Il personale professionale e gentilissimo, che sa consigliarti al meglio. Se ricapito da queste parti ci passeremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio. 😉

Posto incantevole proprio all’inizio del borgo storico di Rocca Imperiale, ambientazione semplice ma curata nei dettagli. I tavoli, disposti all’esterno, permettono di cenare con una vista incantevole. I piatti tutti molto curati, pietanze dai gusti della cucina locale.
Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Dès l'entrée, la magie opère : une véritable belle découverte ! Tout est réuni pour passer un moment exceptionnel à table. Nous avons été charmés par la terrasse accueillante, le décor intérieur soigné, et surtout par la chaleur et la gentillesse de l’accueil. On sent une passion sincère pour la cuisine calabraise, qui se reflète dans chaque assiette. Mention spéciale aux asperges poêlées, subtilement parfumées, et au poulpe — sans doute le meilleur que j’aie eu le plaisir de déguster jusqu’à présent !

Posto meraviglioso!!! Ogni boccone e ogni sorso di una cosa qualsiasi scelta dal menù, sono stati un'esperienza di sapori e odori incredibile, a partire dalla scelta delle materie prime fino alle combinazioni di sapori del primo del giorno o dei dolci della casa.
Si sentono la passione e l'esperienza di chi gestisce la cucina e di chi "fa la spesa" tra cantine e produttori tutti locali.
Gentili, cortesi, simpaticissimi tutti quanti e il locale è una chicca da guardare e dentro cui stare a coccolarsi...e farsi coccolare!

Ambiente raffinato nel centro storico di Rocca imperiale, personale cordiale e professionale, cucina di alto livello con materie freschissime calabro lucane. I piatti uniscono tradizione e sperimentazione dando quel tocco di gourmet che rende tutto più speciale. Menzione particolare la caponata con mandole e uvetta, i calamari con la stracciatella lucana, ed il tortino di melanzane e ricotta. Tagliere di salumi locali freschi che deliziano il palato. Persino l’acqua frizzante riserva una magia di sapore servita con il limone di ricca imperiale e la menta. Un luogo dove il personale ha come unico obiettivo quello di collocare il cliente durante un percorso culinario che coinvolge tutti i sensi: la vista il gusto e l’olfatto.
