Incredible experience and food. After weeks in Italy this remains among the top meals of the entire trip. The menu is unique and delicious, the service truly amazing, and the atmosphere super relaxed and peaceful for such high quality food. It would be a shame for any food lovers to visit Rieti without coming by.

The food: incredible! I love steak tartare and have enjoyed it all over the world and this is the best I've ever eaten. It's light and flavorful, and presented with bone marrow as well which not only made for a stunning plate but created an interesting temp gradient that I really enjoyed. Also please do yourself a favor and try the sheep carpaccio and the stuffed quail.

For those more vegetable minded be sure to order the cardoncello, it's a mushroom that they've managed to cook so tenderly and delicately it recreates the mouth feel of a pork belly, but with its own delicious flavor. The risotto was similarly delicious, made with a blend of local herbs.

Service: excellent! The wait staff were extremely helpful in answering our questions, ensuring they could abide by any dietary restrictions, and giving suggestions for our group size and tastes. We even had the chance to meet the head chef and her husband who were genuinely so engaging and fun. Carlotta talked to us a bit about her process and favorite foods from around the world and how she's incorporated those experiences into her restaurant.

I'll be coming to this restaurant every trip to Italy from now on.

Such a good restaurant in such a beautiful area! Everything is 100% perfect in this restaurant. Food is absolutely uniq and so pure made of local products with a love and passion. The owner couple takes the best care of you and they do evetything with feelings and you get the feeling that you are very important costumer.
Place looks amazing and the whole village is worth to see.
We loved the food and the service so very much and we will always remember that hospitality what we had. And it is not expensive place at all compearing others.

One of the highlights of our dining experience was the couple's willingness to engage with their guests. I decided to visit this small medieval town in Italy (about an hour outside of Rome) because of the reviews of this restaurant, Delicato. And I am so happy I did! Fine dining at its best. The chef is brilliant. The ambiance is so charming and authentically Italian. The food is INCREDIBLE along with the Barolo wine. I highly recommend the trip to this charming village in the mountains and a stop for lunch or dinner at Delicato. Michelin guide, thank you! We all had the 8 course chef’s tasting menu and it was divine. Thank you Chef Carlotta and Gabriele. You made my visit extra special. Five stars.

Great location in center of tiny quaint town.
Service is excellent and super attentive.
The dishes are creative and perfectly seasoned as well as beautifully presented.
Chef Carlotta is very talented and deserves all the kudos she gets.
I recommend her signature parsley and nut desert.
This is a welcome change and option for folks who want something other than the typical offerings on Lazio menus.
