The owner who served us is very passionate about his food. We luckily speak Italian and had a lot of chats about what he makes, why he does etc. the fish was the freshest I’ve seen in a long time, pasta delicious, fried missed fish, crochette, octopus salad, all incredible. If you don’t speak the language just get him to bring you what he wants. You won’t go wrong. Took pictures but mostly after I’d eaten it all! Gorgeous family run restaurant close to Pompeii ruins

This spot is a real find. The service was top-notch, and the staff was welcoming. It felt like a home. To kick things off, they bring a complimentary bread basket, which includes these delightful pizza-shaped bites they call "fete" (if I got that right). Plus, they let you pick the fresh fish you'd like to savor. The prices are reasonable, making this a definite must-stop if you're on your way to Pompeii.

Best experience, webt there with our italian friends and had a blast. The food is local and the taste is amazing, everything fresha. Highly recommended.

Celestino is a gem in this neighborhood. It is 10 minutes walking from Moxy Pompeii hotel and is home cooked meals. The service is wonderful and the food delicious. Even my elderly mom who has limitations in her diet ate a delicious grilled sword fish with sautéed eggplant and mushrooms.

Ok so food was good .only reason I feel as 3 start is as we felt a bit rushed. Opening hour say they are open but they took us in last minute as they where closing for the afternoon.
I was with a young family and kids where starving. Once sat not alot to chose from menu as we figured out they closing soon.
Anyway we ordered whatever we could, some of the food was tasty but service was a bit poor as when the dishes got served the waiters nearly spilled both plates of pasta on the table.
I'm sure this might me different at a different time and I'm only giving my experience.

Completely exceeded expectations. The fish was FANTASTIC; haven't tasted better in a long time. Staff were super friendly and relaxed. Superb value for money, especially with a very good range of cheap pizzas for our kids to feast on! Definitely planning on going back 😋
