The place is restyled nicely and they keep it clean, however because most Italian family-plus eating places are concentrating in modern style eateries but still like to appear that they are the owners, it loses both effects... the old and the new! Their food is very decent and tasty, but the mature lady with folded arms at the cash register makes me feel like I'm casing the place and she's guarding it.
If they dress up more professional, take the Gestapo away from the cashier spot, they would get 4; stars across the board.

This place is absolutely excellent if you want a break from the traditional Calabrian food. The location is stylish and offers completely different but excellent food. The quality and taste can hardly be better.

Taste was average, but not what one would expect from fresh fish in a restaurant right by the sea. Prawns, Oysters etc. were rather plain. No additional sauces, tabasco etc. for the oysters. No effort put into it whatsoever.

All five of us had a bad stomache afterwards and one was sitting on the toilet all night long.

Not recommended.

Lunched stopping there from the beach. Fancy restaurant inside, however in beach clothes you will be limited to the outdoor terrace. Nice cocktails, but the wine bottles start with a high price. Food was tasty, a selection of fish-based toasts, panini, burgers or nuggets.

Incredible food, incredible interior design.
Make sure to look closely at the menu, interesting new ideas in cooking.

Super nice place to have an aperitivo or dine. The bartender is special and you should have him help you deciding what to get.
I love the overall interior design and styling of the place. A nice touch are partition of the "rooms" made with fisherman ropes.

Food side, I love the idea of Panini with fish. The lobster roll (it's a take on the famous dish) it's nice and fresh. The fresh fish is a dream.

You definitely should give it a try if you are around, but call in advance, the place it's almost busy every day.
