Today was my first time in Al Qaza and I had one of the best nights of the year. The music was great and the customer service was the best I have ever had in a shisha lounge. I met a friendly man called Arbaz who went above and beyond to make this a memorable night. I will definitely be returning to Al Qaza.

The atmosphere is always inviting, with amazing people who make you feel right at home.

absolutely appalling, came in and they demanded each of us to purchase a drink as well as share a shisha between 2 which is understandable but not everyone smokes! seated us with other groups; no privacy and just diabolical. don’t get me started on the shisha, forced to buy and was horrific!

I had an incredible experience at Al Qaza in Manchester! The comfortable sofas provided the perfect ambiance for enjoying some of the best Shisha I’ve tried in the UK. Hi everyone , this place has legit the best shisha ambiance in town with top class staff and obviously the man of the show , brother SHAB( the manager) what a guy!
He knows his work too well( his 15 years experience really speaks out with his work and management)
Any problem they resolve it within seconds without any second thought!
Big shoutout to brother SHAB!
A must visit place if you wanna have a good evening during the freezing Manchester weather❤️
