I visited the shop on Saturday and had a fantastic experience from the staff.
I would highly recommend buying from this business, the staff were very knowledgeable about their products and offered many opportunities to sample different qualities of oud and roses products they have available. Far beyond anything I have experienced previously!

I bought 3 different products and have had absolutely zero buyers remorse or any feeling of the scent changing since bringing home. Friends and family who have been around after me applying have commented positively and quizzed me on the oud and rose scents. The projection has been greater than what I anticipated and am very pleased with the whole experience.

I would highly recommend them as a place to visit and see for yourself!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff at your store. Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged despite there being multiple employees present. When I asked for assistance, I was met with indifference and a clear lack of willingness to help. The staff members appeared disengaged and more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers.
When I finally did get some attention, the staff member I interacted with was rude and dismissive, providing little to no help with my inquiries. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s management.
I hope you address these issues promptly to improve the customer experience.

Some of the finest perfumes I’ve come across. The service is brilliant Mash’Allah. He knows exactly what it is your after and if he don’t have it, he goes beyond to get it. It’s original and worth the money for the proper stuff.

You just have to appreciate the service you get in this place. The brother was genuine and very helpful, suggested alot of fragrances, not pushy yet welcoming to test all the scent available.
