The food was just okay and definitely overpriced. However, the worst part was the service. A bearded employee, who seemed to think that being “straightforward” is an acceptable way to treat customers, made the experience unpleasant. I’m not sure where or how this individual was raised, but throwing a cup of mayo across the counter is absolutely not the proper way to hand it to a customer.

If you work in customer service, kindness and professionalism are essential—not a dismissive or rude attitude. Additionally, rushing customers as they try to decide what to order is both unhelpful and disrespectful.

I wouldn’t recommend this place and certainly won’t be returning. The behavior and attitude of this particular employee were not only inappropriate but downright appalling.

I genuinely hope that this unhappy employee can find some joy and happiness in what seems to be a life of misery. There is clearly something wrong if you believe that being rude is acceptable.

We got the "triple threat" Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was a totally disappointing use of my calorie budget. We had been saying we had to try because it had been there so long. The sandwich was very cheesy but barely had any steak. It should have been pouring out. Instead, you could barely taste it. The loaded fries were great. Would do them again, but with so many good choices on Atlantic Ave, I wouldn't go again.

Waited at the window for 5min. It wasnt until i was about to leave before anyone said anything to me. Tried making it a combo for the $2..but was told i couldn't because my order was all ready put in. Charge my 5 bucks for a small fry That was really lame after spending $ 45 bucks on 2 sandwiches.

TOTAL RIP OFF and it tastes like trash. $18 for this pathetic sandwich. Avoid this place as any option is better.

Can't begin to express the top notch and welcoming service we got from a gentleman named Corwin or "Big C". The food was awesome and he recommended good local spots to visit and a couple of clubs that did not disappoint.

He is a very hardworking man because me and my wife were in utter shock when we saw him still there after midnight when we wanted to grab a bite to eat to go home!!!

5 out of 5 stars and that's because we can't give Big Al's and Big C 10 stars!

Nothing special. It’s just basically bread and meat. Their story should actually be more like they decided to deceive the people of Delray Beach and make them pay $15 for a damn sandwich ?
