Irresponsible for emailing reminders to make a payment. If they do something they shouldn't then we will be the ones to take legal action against them. This business is not BBB accredited. *update* I feel these people are ripping you off. I have been paying on this account faithfully and watch the balance. I make a payment and question why the balance keeps going up instead of down. I emailed them threatening that I will no longer pay a single penny until they change the balance owed. Now it looks as if they are pulling it again.

Scamers, and thefts.. took money out of my account with no legal order and claimed they had one, but when I contacted the mn attorney general, they confirmed that there was none. Also, multiple people say the same things. I'm going as far as 5 years back. This firm should be ashamed of them selfs.... and have their bar revoked

You can't even get to a live person, it's ridiculous they make you leave a message and wait a day to receive a callback. Just go physically into their location and get anything done face to face.

I have a payment plan with them that was agreed upon so we didn’t need to go to court. When using their automated payment system over the phone, you have to enter a file number so you can make a payment. However, every time I enter that file number, it says not found and therefore I cannot make a payment. I have to have someone call me in order to make the payment, but there is no guarantee they will call me on the day the payment is due so I don’t get behind. For whatever reason, they will not fix the issue. I refuse to take accountability for their mistakes during the payment process. You’d think they would make paying the debt easy because they want the money, right? Nope. What a joke.

I use SZ&L to handle my collections and they are bar none the best in the business. All you have to do is read the reviews to see that the phrase "You can run, but you can't hide" applies when this firm handles your collections. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to collect on bad debt.

Very reasonable and pleasant to work with. The process of getting my collection account paid and removed from my credit report was very easy. Just wish their automated system wasnt so difficult to navigate for reaching a lawer.

We had a bill past due from another company that we didnt know about tell we got a letter in the mail from this place saying we owed money. We called to pay it off the minute we call and gave them the card # the lady hung up. called back nothing had to call about 5 times tell we got a hold of someone. We asked if they could send us a letter saying its payed off due to us trying buy a house. Still no letter and been over a week now. Been calling them all week and they dont anweser or when they do they say we will send it soon.
