My Bf and I had such a fun time. We went on a Monday night and there wasn’t a lot of people and because school had started there wasn’t a bunch of screaming kids running around. Haha that may sound bad but adults like to have fun too without a whining kid running by.
This was a great date night, we came for the $20 endless Play. For only $20 we got unlimited bowling and a $20 card for the arcade Area. Which in total was $40 because we didn’t know that we both get a card for the arcade, we were thinking they were only going to give us 1 card for the unlimited purchase. So that was also great.
Endless play is from:
Sun-Thur from 9pm-11pm
Friday- Sat from 10pm- 12am
The food was also very delicious, along with the drinks.

My family and I had an amazing time at Big Al’s for my daughter’s 14th birthday. We loved the scenery, the details for her party and how attentive the staff were for any need that needed to be me. Our host, Raida along with other staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Andrew the Assistant Manager was also very helpful and supportive and we truly appreciate his great customer service. Overall, we had an amazing time and we can’t wait to go back! The details they do when booking a party is TOP NOTCH! You truly feel, exclusive. Thank you Big Al’s for a grand time!

We went for an event at big Al's Ontario Canelo vs Mungia as It was advertised paid the cover of $15 for this event . We Ask if it was going to be broadcast in all the TV's since is a big location and we are paying to see this event in regards of the angle they tell us that yes it should be on all the screens since it was the main event .
.but when the event stared we ask the manager .Yujin if he was going to change a UFC fight that also was broadcast at the same time he was rude and say no I am not going to change it because people also came to see this other event I have to say it was not advertised the 2 fights were going to be broadcast at the same time plus a dodger game so it was a disaster we didn't enjoy it also in the same location alcohol was served but also we're kids present here inside this event look at the pictures the. Kid walking so close to the bar. it was very disorganized and the manager very rude. I know the is family place but I think kids should no be so close to alcohol.

I visited Big Al’s with a group, and while the place itself offered fun activities for both kids and adults, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the manager Andrew Gomez. He was rude and dismissive, showing a complete lack of respect for his guests. I strongly suggest that the management look into customer service training for him to improve interactions with patrons.

On a positive note, our server Raida was exceptional! She went above and beyond to make our party feel welcome and catered to our needs with a smile. Her professionalism and kindness stood out, and she truly made our visit more enjoyable. Raida is amazing, and we’re grateful for her great service!

This was the first time going to Big Al's to bowl. This location has a nice atmosphere and friendly attendants. The bowling balls were good and not dented or dinged up like other bowling alley balls are. The only issue we had with our experience was that the machine that sets the pins kept malfunctioning. At one point we had to wait about 10 minutes to start playing again but they gave us time back on our one hour bowl time.

It's fun to bring the family here or to bring friends here and watch the games.

It's kind of The Best of Both Worlds they have an adult only area along with bowling for the family, friends or coworkers.

In the sports bar area they have a huge wall with very large TVs kinda Vegas style TV wall

They do check IDs to enter the 21 and over area they offer free games like corn hole, free arcades, large Jenga. It's a fun time.

In the kids area the offer fun little kid games where you get to win tickets and like everywhere those tickets really don't get you anything nice, lol. Basically Chuck E Cheese style games but much more selection
